URSENSE. (“urSense”, “we”,) and its subsidiary companies respect the privacy rights of its online visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about them. We have adopted a Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information that you provide us with.
If you are under 16, we require that you inform a parent or guardian about urSense Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions as well as requiring their consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before registering with urSense or placing and order with urSense.

Shipping and Delivery

Successful orders are shipped within 24 hrs. of placing an order and normally delivered in 5-7 working days from the dispatched date. You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting urSense.
If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of placing your transaction, please contact us at Info@ursense.inWe ship items as soon as possible. In the shopping cart, estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product and these does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this is not a
guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.).
To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct PIN Code and contact number.
urSense provides free and express shipping on orders worth Rs.599 & above and will attract a shipping charge of Rs.50 on orders below Rs.599 and Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at info@ursense.in If you choose to self-ship the products they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

You will receive a dispatch notification email/sms that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refund Policy.

Damaged Product

urSense takes cares of every one of your needs, if you receive your order in damaged state then you can contact us anytime and our support team will work further with the issue. If you are going to claim for any damaged product then please save all the package materials and harmed product in the same. You can confirm send the documentation claim for the damaged product only if you fulfill the above criteria.

Cancellation/Return Policy 

The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall entertained.

When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made

We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorisation mail.

At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.

In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 24 hours of Delivery.

Online refunds will be done in 4 to 5 Business days.
