Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange(works on same product). RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, login to ‘My Account’ and navigate to the orders tab and select the order that needs to be returned/refunded or cancelled or exchanged. (Please note: You may return any product you feel was not to your liking however in case of a bulk order, returns are processed only once on an order ID)

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return/refund/exchange has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be [returned] or [exchanged]:

  • Items bought in Mega Sales
  • A return logistics fee will be charged for items valued under ₹500
