urSense 7-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from ursense.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:
All items eligible for return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition, including intact tags and packaging. For instance, shoes should be packed in their original shoe box.
Returns are accepted exclusively for products purchased directly from urSense’s website, mobile site, or app. Return requests for products purchased from indirect online and offline distributors will be declined.
The exchange policy allows for size exchanges only.
If you choose to self-ship your return or exchange, please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any loss or damage during transit. It is recommended to use a reliable courier service. A fixed reimbursement of Rs. 60 will be provided upon meeting the Returns and Exchange Policy.
Please allow 24 hours after the delivery of your order for the order status to be updated in your urSense account.
Kindly review the items, type of return/exchange, and other relevant details carefully. Our courier partner will collect only the items mentioned during the submission of the return/exchange request.
If the items handed over to the courier person do not match the details provided in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal investigation and provide further information accordingly.
If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, the return will not be processed.
